Whitley Manufacturing
is the undisputed national leader in commercial modular
construction, and has been for decades.
Going back to 1940
when the company was first founded, through the years it was a
part of a national distribution system for modular building,
and through the last 11 years it has been owned by Simon Dragan,
Whitley has won more industry awards for innovation, quality and
service than any of its peers. Whitley
is simply the name that industry veterans turn to when they want
quality, service and dependability.
Currently, the company
produces modular buildings for schools, hospitals, medical groups,
student housing and almost any use that you can imagine.
Buildings range from small guard houses to 70,0000 square foot
world headquarters complexes. In fact, if you can image a
building it can be built in modules and done in much less tie than
standard construction methods will allow.
Whitley Manufacturing
is headquartered in South Whitley, but also manages factories in
Rochester, Indiana, and Seattle, Washington. We ship our products
to Boston and Washington, to Tacoma and San Francisco. We are
qualified to build for almost every state in the country.

It provides background information, hundreds of floor plans,
detailed drawings, thousands of photographs and other tools to
help a customer understand modular construction. It allows a
customer to easily contact the organization and build their
project through our internet services.
